David Passov
30+ years of leadership across global life sciences and pharmaceutical services
David is an international life sciences executive, former CEO and experienced board member with more than three decades of leadership across the CRO and pharmaceutical services industry.
As President and CEO of ClinStar, he led the growth of the business through its acquisition by PRA Health Sciences. He subsequently held senior leadership roles at PRA and ICON, with responsibility for geographically diverse operations across Europe and Asia Pacific. Most recently, David served as CEO of Biomapas, a private equity-backed European CRO.
His experience spans strategy, operations, M&A, integration, organisational transformation and international growth. Having worked through transactions and periods of significant change as a CEO, senior executive, board member, advisor and investor, David brings a practical operator’s perspective to strategic decision making and long-term value creation.
Today, through PassoVest, David advises investors and leadership teams, contributes at board level, and makes selective angel investments where his sector experience and network can add meaningful value.
